
MEDIATION SERVICES & COSTS
At Koda Mediation, we offer a range of mediation services by accredited mediators to assist you in navigating family law disputes, interpersonal conflicts and workplace disputes.
Divorce Mediation
Allows you to openly discuss and negotiate essential terms such as asset division, maintenance, parenting plans and more. Costs usually range between R 6,500 and R 15,000 (shared between the parties), depending on the complexity of the case and whether children are involved.
Parenting Plan Mediation
Assists you in crafting a comprehensive parenting plan that addresses key elements and helps you navigate co-parenting with ease. Costs usually range between R 6,000 and R 8,000 (shared between the parties), depending on the complexity of the case.
Maintenance Mediation
Helps you establish an equitable agreement on child and/or spousal maintenance that is fair, sustainable, and reflective of everyone’s needs. Costs range between R 4,500 and R 6,500, depending on the time required in joint or individual consultations.
Cohabitation Mediation
Includes negotiating and drafting cohabitation agreements that ensure contractual certainty and consensus. Laying the foundation for a resilient relationship and giving you peace of mind knowing your interests are protected. Costs range between R 4,500 and R 6,500.
Workplace Mediation
Helps teams navigate complex group dynamics and organisational change. Empowers them to have candid conversations that strengthen working relationships, engage in collaborative problem-solving, and make better decisions together, contributing to creating more positive workplaces. Costs depend on the number of participants, the level of conflict and the time it takes to reach an agreement.
Pro Bono Mediation
We demonstrate our commitment to the transformation of our society and to making justice available to all by providing pro bono mediation of the highest standard to deserving individuals. Parties qualify when earning R 5,000 p/m or less. Preference is given to families with minor children in distress.
